STRUCTURE DESCRIPTION
“Podere Fornaci” is an ancient farmhouse of the nineteenth century, dipped into the heart of Crete Senesi, completely restructured by the present owners. The apartments reserved to our guests are well-furnished and provided with all kind of comforts. The structure has a privileged position on the top of a hill, from which you can enjoy a splendid view over the surrounding country. The wide stretches of waving hills, alternated to calanques, are changeable places and they appear different according to the period of the year. This is the right place for spending a relaxing holiday. Not far away, there are the Chianti’s vineyards, Siena ( only 19 km far), San Gimignano Montalcino, Montepulciano, Pienza, Cortona and the spa facilities of Rapolano Terme. All the apartments have an external space, equipped with chairs and tables for outdoors meals. The garden is equipped with barbecues at our guests’ disposal. Inside the farm, about 50 hectares completely enclosed, you can go for a walk or go fishing in a lake in the bottom of the valley.
