STRUCTURE DESCRIPTION
The Countess Graziella proudly welcomes you to experience the magic of Tuscany from her elegantly restored and lovingly cared for hilltop Villa. Pools, sauna, whirlpool, massage and master chef services help to compliment the majestic and breathtaking 360 views.
Conveniently situated close to Siena, the Villa is located in one of the most prestigious and desired regions in all of Tuscany, in San Nazzario Asciano minutes from the medieval village of Buonconvento (20 minutes to Siena, 60 minutes to Florence, 90 minutes to Pisa, 120 minutes to Rome).
Villa Poderuccio is an independent and secluded 17th century farmhouse boasting 7 exquisite suites that can accommodate up to 26 guests, all with ensuite bathrooms (double walk-in showers), heat and air-conditioning. Elegantly furnished, all suites have private entrances, 5 with full kitchens and dining areas. There is a main dining room that seats over 30 guests, used for the included daily continental breakfast (most fruits and vegetables served are grown on the property in the Villa’s orchards).
