Sunday May 11 will be held in Asciano Day concluding event "Taste of Crete" with a series of events dedicated to the king of the territory of flavors: pecorino of Crete.
As from 9 flood Corsican Matteotti benches dedicated to famous cheeses and various products typical of the territory through a special edition of Market of Crete.
Do not miss then guided into the territories of transhumance (at 10) and "The chain of cheese: the product", a demonstration of cheese processing from raw materials to finished products.
In afternoon (at 17.30) is scheduled "Gusti Crete, pecorino and goats of Crete Senesi combined with local wine tasting. And in Piazza Garibaldi will be arranged a photo exhibition entitled "The Chain of Pecorino Cheese" by Vanessa Rusci and participants Corsican creative photography.

Typical products but not alone. During the final day of the event space also art and culture with the doors open to all visitors to the archaeological museum and art of sacred Corboli Palace and the Museum Cassioli (free admission from 10 to 18.30).
