The church of St. Bartholomew (or Church of the Holy) is a sacred building that is Rapolano Terme.
Originally Romanesque facade and lacks incorporated between two buildings, was linked to an ancient hospice for sick pilgrims and called the Holy Hospital, removed in 1752. The stone wall has a simple portal with a round arch, and another similar walled, and a small bell to sail. On the right wall have emerged fourteenth-century frescoes (St. Michael the Archangel and St. Francis). The altar has a beautiful painting by Vincent Rustic (1557-1632) depicting the Madonna and Child, St. Bartholomew and St. Christopher. On the left wall is the altar stucco dedicated to St. Anthony of Padua, modelled according to the architectural frames fifteenth, with paraste side, a cornice festoons and lunette with the Martyrdom of St. Bartholomew.
