The Church of Saints Fabian and Sebastian in San Gimignanello is a sacred building that is located in San Gimignanello to Rapolano Terme.
The present building dates from the rebuilding desired by Sansedoni in 1771. The ancient church, cited with the castle in a bubble of Alexander III of 1178, was dedicated in San Geminiano or San Gemignano, holy Lombard. The current facade is classical forms with portal crowned with triangular tympanum with emblem. Sull'altar was a more beautiful painting of the Madonna and Child and the Saints Fabian and Sebastian, recently stolen.
