From the careful restoring of the “tinaio” and the “oliviera”of Villa dei Boschi, we have obtained the rooms of the Restaurant “Le Tre More”. In its rooms, which are furnished in a simple and refined way, it is proposed a mainly Tuscan cooking, which is centred on a particular attention in the search of the raw materials. It is also very important the seasonality of the land’s products and the search of the ancient regional dishes. Our truffle ground, when the season is favourable, offers inimitable “tubers”, while the olive oil of Villa dei Boschi dresses the vegetables of our garden and the old soups. Beside the restaurant’s rooms, also in the cosy tavern you could taste our dishes, when the season allows it, in the romantic park of Villa dei Boschi with the wind in the background and the singing of rare species of birds, like the hoopoe and the nightingale. The restaurant “Le Tre More” is fit very well for banquets, ceremonies and thematic $ evenings.
