Rosso rubino. Ampio, speziatocon note di frutti rossi maturi. Di corpo, con sensazioni fruttate nel finale.
Gradazione alcolica: da 13% a 13,5% vol.

GRAPEVINE: 85% Sangiovese, 10% Canaioloe 5 % Merlot

CONSERVATION: conservare in luogo fresco

Ottimoabbinamento con primi piatti della tradizione Toscana o secondi piatti di carne.
Si consiglia di servirlo alla temperatura di 18-20°C

La scelta di vinificare le uve in purezza risale al 1987 e nonostante fosse una scelta sicuramente coraggiosa e rischiosa, ha pagato ed è diventata il filo conduttore dell’attività vinicola dell’Azienda e la filosofia di chi vi lavora.
Vini rossi di grande pregio che esprimono in pieno il sapore della terra e la dedizione di coloro che da anni ne curano la loro creazione.

Età dei vitigni: Il vigneto di “Montino”èstato impiantato nel 1999 , mentre “Osteria”risale al 1976.
Composizione del suolo: Sabbie, argille e limo
Numero ceppi per ettaro: 2.600 per i vecchi impianti, 6.000 per i nuovi
Vinificazione:Fermentazione in vasca per circa 10 –15 gga temperatura controllata. Affinamento in vasche di cemento per 12 –16 mesi ed ulteriore affinamento in bottiglia per circa 6 mesi prima della commercializzazione.
