At the main entrance of the Abbey of Monte Oliveto Maggiore we find this ancient restaurant, with outdoor tables, run by the Giustarini family, who directly take care of the kitchen with particular attention to Tuscan dishes.


Here you can eat a real ribollita, tasty typical croutons, mixed cold cuts, cheeses (the real Tuscan pecorino) and meats full of flavor.


The environment is very warm, welcoming, it feels like being at home. Hospitality in the dining room is based on cordiality, a discreet welcome that puts you at ease.
