Market Exhibition: "The White Truffle of the Crete Senesi"

Saturday 30 November
09:30 am Downtown streets, opening and opening of the market exhibition
10:00 am Palazzo Corboli, conference on public waters, their management, interventions and their impact on the environment of the Crete Senesi.
Speakers: presidents and local authorities
11:00 am Piazza Garibaldi, workshops for children
2.00 pm Following the presence in the center of the country of Peppone Calabrese (chef, correspondent for La Prova del cuoco and Grand Tour GREEN LINE)
3.30 pm Palazzo Corboli - Presentation of the novel "Foschia" by Anna Luisa Pignatelli (ARCA). Free admission
17:00 Piazza Garibaldi, cabaret show with La Compagnia dei Toscanacci, Alessandro Paci (actor, comedian, Italian television presenter director) and Peppone Calabrese.
The comedians will also accompany us during the gala dinner.
8:00 pm Scuderie del Granduca - Gala dinner (by reservation).
Truffle-based dishes accompanied by Chianti wine.
During the evening the prize "White Truffle city of Asciano" will be awarded. During the dinner a fundraiser will be made to be used for solidarity.

10:00 am Palazzo Corboli tourist office, truffle hike in search of truffles (free event).
10:30 am Palazzo Corboli, conference on Mushrooms and Truffles in the Crete Senesi (Terra di Siena Mycological Mycological Group).
3.30 pm Palazzo Corboli, conference by Enzo Magini “The Garden of the Crete. A land of history, rituals and suggestions: the ancient flavors of our land, pecorino and truffle “(ARCA).
Inside the museum it will be possible to visit the truffle and cheese route with tastings. Free admission.
4:00 pm Workshops for children with delivery of participation certificates
