La Lodola

The farmhouse “ La Lodola” is an ancient farm of the XIX century, completely restored from the present owners, who have then divided it into 7 splendid apartments for holidays, dedicated to really “charming” guests. Each apartment has been kept down to the smallest details, with decorations on walls and antique pieces of furniture. In the living rooms of the apartments to rent, it has been created, almost everywhere, a big wood-fireplace, which makes every room unique and really cosy. To make our guests’ holiday more pleasant and comfortable, each apartment of the farmhouse has been also endowed with dishwasher ( not in every one), satellite TV, independent heating, double services with shower. All the apartments have also their own external area for outdoors lunch or dinner. At the farmhouse “ La Lodola”, each guest will enjoy privacy, relaxation and comfort, dipped into an absolutely bucolic place: in the big surrounding park, there is the oval swimming pool of 110 square metres with its wide solarium. The farmhouse is situated in the splendid plateau of “ Chiane”, in the heart of Crete Senesi and only 7 km from Asciano ( Siena), artistic village, and only few minutes from Rapolano Terme ( Siena), a place renowned for its thermal springs and the ancient travertine quarries. In only 20 minutes you can reach Siena, cradle of art, history and tradition, and in less than 10 minutes you enter the centre of Chianti Classico Senese. The owners of the farmhouse “ La Lodola” are also the owners of the Farm “ Saletti” ( in Castelnuovo Berardenga- Siena)where they produce extra-virgin D.O.P. Chianti Classico olive oil and Chianti Classico Gallo Nero wine.
