The Museum is located in the premises of the Parish of Santa Maria Assunta, with the aim of making known the Italian presepistica tradition.
The aim is to offer the visitor a path of faith, meditation and prayer on the Mystery of Salvation, in the recovery of simple yet current values that, by hinging on Christmas, lead back to the essentiality of the Gospel message.
The cribs, granted free of charge by the major Italian cribs, remain exposed for a year, and are then returned to their legitimate owners.
The presepists who are interested in exhibiting can contact us directly by phoning the La Piana Cultural and Recreational Center, which has created and runs the Museum.
