The church of Santi Fabiano and Sebastiano is located in San Gimignanello and the current layout of the building dates back to the rebuilding commissioned by the Sansedoni family in 1771.

The ancient church of which it took the place, is mentioned together with the castle, in a papal bull of Pap Alexander III of 1178 and was dedicated to San Gemignano, a Lombard saint.

The current façade is brick and classical in shape, with a portal crowned by a triangular tympanum with a coat of arms.

On the main altar there was a beautiful canvas depicting the Madonna with Child and Saints Fabiano and Sebastian, recently stolen.
