Strada bianca di Pieve a Salti da San Giovanni a Buonconvento
BUONCONVENTO
It is a not very renowned road but maybe for this reason is not very frequented and very interesting for its landscape. Linking San Giovanni d’Asso with Buonconvento, it climbs up the Crete which are between the valleys of Asso and Ombrone. Here it seems to go back into the time, being completely dipped into a natural habitat and not very inhabited. Along its path, just before Buonconvento, there are the entrances for Pieve a Salti and Percenna.It is a not very renowned road but maybe for this reason is not very frequented and very interesting for its landscape.
