Difficulty: Medio-alta
Path of limited difficulty characterized by wide flat stretches in the first part. Departure is from the junction of Lucignano d'Asso, where you can safely park, for Torrenieri along the Cassia, mainly in the plain path which follows the course of the Asso. At the junction of Torrenieri, turn left again abandoning the path of Cassia. Cross the bridge and go uphill sull'Asso facing a series of switchbacks. At the second intersection, turn left for Bellaria, and Celamonti Cosona, along a dirt road from which you can see beautiful scenery on both side and on that dell'Orcia Asso. From Cosona continue through a long tour Lucignano d'Asso, a beautiful medieval village. After a possible refreshment stop in the local Bar-Food, it descends rapidly through a series of curves, to reach the starting point.
