The church of the Saints an Fabiano and Sebastiano is a sacred building in San Gimignanello, in Rapolano Terme. The present building dates back to the rebuilding wanted by the Sansedonis in 1771. The ancient church, mentioned with a castle in a Bill of Alessandro II of 1178, was dedicated to san Gemignano, a Long bard saint . The present front has classic shapes with a portal surrounded by a triangular tympanum with coat of arms. On the main altar there was a beautiful canvas of the Virgin Mary with Christ Child and the Saints Fabiano and Sebastiano, recently stolen.
