Among the walls which surround the Castle of San Giovanni d’Asso, there is a small ancient village which gives hospitality to a charming inn, obtained from a XVI century’s construction in bricks and calcareous stone. Outside the inn there is a small square to meet, among the suggestive landscapes of Crete Senesi. 7 rooms with floral names, 3 suites with nice small drawing- rooms for relaxation, al furnished with ancient family furniture. The windows are frame for the village’s roofs and the gentle hills of Crete Senesi. All rooms are provided with all kind of comforts, telephone, satellite tv,WI-FI in very room and free restaurant, air conditioner, safe, fridge bar and hair dryer. All guests are have at their disposal a free internet point. Situated in the most ancient part of the inn, near the walls which surround the castle, the Restaurant offers to its guests a cooking, rich in ancient flavours. Delicious dishes of local specialities, based on truffle, pecorino cheese, “ cinta senese” ‘s charcuteries, honey and saffron, melted with the ruby red of Tuscan wines to satisfy the most refined palates.
