Buonconvento dal 20 al 28 settembre 2008

It will take place from 20 to 28 September 2008, the 40th edition of the Festival of Val d'Arbia, with various art performances, exhibitions, conferences, sports initiatives, proud of cargo, local crafts and creative nature of mind.
This is an event that draws its origins in the past, if they have news since 1805. Nowadays the festival came as a meeting full of meetings enogastronomici, cultural, musical and various performances.

The food and wine is edited in collaboration with the Association of Buonconvento Districts, which prepare in the historic village, four features and atmospheric taverns, where meals are served typical local cuisine and medieval, with the intent to recover and pass past traditions.
The old town is colorful stand "botteghine" where craftsmen and hobbyists exhibit their creations.
The event then combines the memory of tradition with the search for new, value belonging to the territory.

An initiative that helps to make tourists appreciate our area, rich in natural beauty, with a landscape still intact and well preserved.
