Nella commdia, attraverso un rocambolesco viaggio nel tempo, un ignaro ed inconsapevole Dante Alighieri viene catapultato nel 2000 e rotti per salvare l'inferno sull'orlo del fallimento a causa della scomparsa del peccato dalla terra.
