The Church of Corpus Domini (more properly the Church of the Corpus Domini Company and also known as the Church of the Fraternity) is a sacred building located in the historic center of Rapolano Terme.
The façade is flat with a simple travertine portal and a lunette window. Inside, on the right wall is a 16th-century fresco attributed to the workshop of Girolamo di Benvenuto, depicting the Madonna and Child, Saints John the Baptist, and Jerome.
On the same wall is a Renaissance-style pietra serena frame, which once housed a bas-relief of the Madonna and Child, now lost.
The stucco high altar houses a depiction of the Last Supper, an 18th-century copy of a painting by Peter Paul Rubens.
A 17th-century altar is noteworthy, adorned on either side by two stucco statues: the Virgin Annunciate and the Angel of the Annunciation, and in the center, the Madonna of the Rosary, a work by Francesco Bartalini.
On the lower predella are represented the Fifteen Mysteries of the Rosary, painted on wood by the same artist.
