CORSO DI NORDIC WALKING…. Sulle tracce di Brancaleone da Norcia
Asciano - Sabato 17 e Domenica 18 ottobre alla Mediateca Comunale
Sabato 17 ottobre, ore 16,30 e Domenica 18, ore 10,30 con uscita didattica pomeridiana.
Il corso è organizzato in collaborazione con la Scuola Italiana Nordic Walking.
Due appuntamenti di due ore e mezzo per imparare la tecnica del Nordic Walking e ottenere tanti benefici per la salute! Al termine, visione parziale del film e uscita didattica finale (8/9 km) per ripercorrere alcune location del film “L’Armata Brancaleone” di M. Monicelli.
Costo comprensivo del corso, rilascio diploma e noleggio dei bastoncini: € 55,00 (numero minimo 3 partecipanti). € 50,00 oltre le 8 persone.
