Seconda edizione del Concorso caseario finalizzato a far emergere prodotti di assoluta eccellenza realizzati con latte crudo di qualità.L'anno passato il premio è stato assegnato ad un'azienda familiare sarda.
La manifestazione consisterà in una serie di interventi specialistici al mattino, un incontro conviviale a fine mattinata e l'assegnazione del premio, al primo classificato, nel pomeriggio.
